Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.
Engaging in conversations with potential and existing clients, and guiding them through the sales process.
Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.Monitor your performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio.

- You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
