
Berlin-based automotive tech startup that's digitizing car trading across Europe
You will be involved in actively building and scaling our demand-side commercial foundation across markets.
Focus is on improving our go-to-market approach, building repeatable sales processes, and creating funnel transparency to enable scalable customer acquisition.
Additional tasks:
- market research,
- support in customer acquisition (lead sourcing, outreach support, pipeline tracking),
- customer interviews,
- localization of marketing/sales materials,
- Owning internationalization project with top-management attention.
Goal:
Lay the groundwork for scalable demand-side growth and prepare for future marketing and sales activities.
- Currently enrolled in a business-related degree (Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, etc.), ideally 5th semester or higher, or in a Master’s program.
- 3–4 relevant internships in startups, scale-ups, consulting, business development, or sales.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Proven experience or affinity for direct sales, business development, or consulting.
- Must be based in Berlin or Munich (no remote or other locations).
- Strong communication skills, willingness to take ownership, and high motivation.
- Affinity for technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus.
