Are you hungry to get your hands dirty and gain real startup experience? At doinstruct, you’ll work directly with leadership, gain insider know-how into scaling an AI-enabled SaaS company, and take on ownership across high-impact projects. This is not a typical internship – you’ll drive execution, solve challenges, and accelerate your career in an AAA-team during an intended time of 3-6 months in this Berlin-based role.

What you’ll do:

👩🏻‍🔬 Work directly with leadership - Support our C-Level and key teams in executing strategic initiatives and scaling the company.

🎨 Get hands-on experience across business functions - Contribute to Go-To-Market, Product and Organizational Development to gain a holistic view of startup success.

⚒️ Build scalable processes - Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and set up systems that enable efficiency and growth.
