Business Development Representative - EMEA

Legora is a legal technology company that builds AI-powered software designed specifically for legal professionals and law firms. Our product is a collaborative artificial intelligence platform that helps lawyers handle text-intensive legal work more efficiently.
About the role:
In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone. You will start conversations with potential customers, run structured discovery to assess fit, and nurture leads with clear follow-ups. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, keep the pipeline clean in Salesforce, and share market insights to improve messaging. This is an early-career sales role where you will learn quickly, gain hands-on experience, and build the foundation for a successful career in go-to-market at a fast-growing legal AI company.
Who you are:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone • Organization and attention to detail to manage multiple outreach streams and maintain accurate records in Salesforce • Curiosity and coachability, with the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback • Resilience and a goal-oriented mindset when handling rejection and pursuing new opportunities • Collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams • Basic familiarity with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Outreach or similar tools are a plus)
