The service business offers manufacturing companies a major strategic opportunity: it can contribute up to 50% of revenue and is also characterised by significantly higher margins than new business. To tap this potential in the long term, scalable processes and the effective use of existing product and process knowledge are crucial.
Our AI operating system for manufacturing service enables the automation of service processes such as ordering spare parts, planning on-site visits by service technicians or answering technical questions. Our AI agents are end-to-end integrated into the customer's IT systems and based on existing expert knowledge. As a result, service employees can focus on the truly complex cases, and processing times for customers are significantly reduced.
We are a small team based in our office in Munich and describe ourselves as progressive, ambitious, magic. Our main goal is to be empowering: Towards our customers, investors, followers and mutually within our team.
About the Founders
We are Benedikt and Etienne, the co-founders of lytra.
Etienne has an academic background in mechanical engineering and innovation management. He has worked at industry leaders such as BMW or Mercedes-Benz and successfully founded Spreadly before starting lytra.
Benedikt has an academic background in computer science and media, as well as AI and was lead software engineer and one of the first employees at iAtros. In this role, he was instrumental to the company’s successful exit to Avi Medical.

- Identifying, approaching and qualifying leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and events for deep-dive meetings
- Clearly articulating our added value and sparking interest among different stakeholders - from service employee to CEO
- Collaborating closely with our CEO and Head of Sales on sales initiatives and strategies
- Creating and experimenting with new inbound and outbound lead generation measures
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify target accounts
- Creating and refining sales materials, pitches and scripts
- You thrive on talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities
- You present and communicate clearly and confidently, especially with C-level executives in the manufacturing industry
- You’ve gained hands-on experience in sales (ideally B2B SaaS and/or in the manufacturing industry)
- You’re ambitious, resilient and willing to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a higher intensity than a corporate job
- You work well in a team while also taking ownership when something needs to be driven forward
- You want to work in-person in our Munich office with 1 day/week remote possible
- You are fluent in German + English
