About the role:
Internships provide a real consulting experience and preparation for full-time roles.
Work on 1-2 challenging projects with significant impact on clients, industries, and societies.
Take responsibility for distinct pieces of work contributing to team success.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive change.
Conduct research, surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gain insights and structure solutions.
Learn core business skills including task structuring.
Opportunity to travel within home market and possibly internationally.
Participate in a supportive apprenticeship model with guidance from project teams, buddies, and talent managers.

Who you are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum: 4th semester) or Master's degree.
Initiative, intuition, creativity, strong problem-solving, and analytical mindset.
No specific academic major or industry experience required; diversity of experience and skills valued.
Extracurricular activities and impactful life experiences outside studies are appreciated.
Multiple internships with relevance to consulting (consultancies, inhouse consultancies, strategy department of a client organization we advise, etc.)
Business fluent German and English language skills.
