Team We are seeking a motivated and reliable working student to join our international B2C team, focused on growing our retail customer base and increasing their satisfaction. You will support the core channels of the DACH market with some important topics and act as a “mini country head” for our Austrian market. Responsibilities Working closely with various departments and a multitude of stakeholders (Customer service, CRM, Relationship Management and Marketing) Drive the development of our Austrian market into the next stage of growth - identify, define and implement growth initiatives for Raisin Austria Support with a variety of tasks related to our sponsorship of Union Berlin and the preparation of customer events Translating documents and providing administrative support Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
