About the role:
-Participation in the audit of public-sector entities, particularly theatres, opera houses and cultural institutions, throughout Germany
-Audit of annual financial statements and, where applicable, consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
-Analysis of business models, processes, as well as internal control and risk management systems
-Support with business and financial management matters within the public sector
-Collaboration within interdisciplinary audit teams across multiple locations
Who you are:
-A completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
-Initial practical experience or entry-level professional experience
-Strong interest in auditing and in the public sector
-A structured, diligent and independent working style
-Confident handling of audit-related matters
-Willingness to take on responsibility and, where appropriate based on experience, to provide professional guidance to junior colleagues
